Muslims in America–on film and in evangelical thought

Have a look at this new film, Islam in America: The Christian Truth,”  which challenges stereotypical views of Islam, (or type into your browser:www.nepcg.org,and for more infiormation, jmagers-rankin@newevangelicalpartnership.org). Produced by The New Evangelical Partnership for the Common Good, the film is illuminating not only for evangelical Christians but for anyone interested in learning more about Muslims in America. It presents intimate portraits of Muslim-Americans–their struggles and triumphs as loyal, responsible citizens, who bring culture and beauty to the nation as well as jobs and economic empowerment. Particularly noteworthy are those non-Muslims who first looked at their Muslim neighbors with suspicion but found instead lifelong friends.
